Policy Details

No refunds or exchanges except for damaged and/or defective items. You can return your item 14 days from the date you received it.

For all returns, the only thing you need to include in your package is the purchased item.

 

Shipping Fees

You are responsible for most return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return. Exceptions: The Forever Findings will cover shipping fees only when items are damaged and/or defective or Customer did not order item.

 

We will send you an email with the free return label.

 

Restocking Fees

The Forever Findings does not charge restocking fees.
